From Fiber Lines to AI Pipelines
For over a decade, I ran crews, managed equipment, hit deadlines, and kept customers happy as an ISP contractor in the Cincinnati area. I built 4 Ben Communications LLC from the ground up — learning everything the hard way about what it really takes to run a small business.
Like most contractors, I wore every hat: estimator, project manager, marketer, bookkeeper, and field tech. Time was always the scarcest resource.
Then AI changed everything. When I started using AI tools in my own operations, I saved hours every week on proposals, customer communications, scheduling, and reporting. The results were immediate and measurable.
I realized most small business owners were either completely unaware of what AI could do for them, or they tried it once, got confused, and gave up. That gap — between the potential of AI and the practical reality of using it — is exactly what ForBenAI was built to close.
My mission is simple: help real businesses use AI to save time and make money, without needing a computer science degree to do it.
